What you should know before you pay.
The essentials of a direct booking, in plain words. The full rental agreement is sent after booking, with the secure link for identity documents, and signed before arrival.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is more than 14 days away. After that period, if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, no refund is due.
Extras
Extras paid with the stay (early check-in, late check-out, pool heating, breakfast, transfer, daily housekeeping) are refunded in full if the stay is cancelled, whatever the date, or if the service cannot be provided. Early check-in and late check-out are confirmed about 3 days before arrival.
Capacity
Sixteen guests at most, in six bedrooms, exactly the people named in the booking. Guests not on the booking cannot stay or visit.
Pets
Small pets are accepted on prior request, with a 250 EUR cleaning fee per stay.
Events
No parties or events. The house is for families and groups of friends staying together; quiet hours in the residence run from 10 pm to 8 am.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. Early check-in, from 3 pm, for the extra staff who prepare the house faster, can be added when you book if the house is not occupied the previous night, or requested later from your guest space, subject to the calendar. Late check-out is possible on request, depending on the calendar. Moroccan law requires an identity document for every guest before arrival: you receive a secure link after booking.
